Medium: Bullying Executives Thrive Because of Our Ambivalence in Defining True Leadership

As the Democratic race for the Presidential election of 2020 heats up with the candidates taking the stage for the first debates next week, most voters are still confused as to what distinguishes all these leaders from each other, except for each’s insistence on being different than the incumbent President.

It looks like the only way to emerge from such a pool of indiscernible choices is to attack each other, likely entering into “circular firing squads” which former President Barack Obama has been warning his party to avoid.
